BIOGRAPHIES
- Nancy Mackay, B.Sc., M.A., Director of Water Services, City of Calgary
With 23 years of water utility management experience, Nancy is passionate about connecting people and science to protect public health and the environment. She is focused on maintaining the highly regulated and valued essential drinking water, wastewater and stormwater services that one third of Albertans count on at the City of Calgary. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of Calgary and a Master’s in Communications from the University of Alberta. She is also an executive board member of the Alberta Water Council.
Nancy’s passion for public service and her commitment to employees, supports excellence in serving our customers in Calgary and surrounding communities.
- Vicki Campbell, P.Eng., Director of Water Treatment Plants, EPCOR
Vicki Campbell is a registered professional engineer in both Saskatchewan and Alberta with over 28 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Her current role is Director of Water Treatment Plants for EPCOR in Edmonton. She joined EPCOR in 2010 and in previous roles for EPCOR, Vicki was responsible for leading Regina Operations, BC Operations (Britannia Mine and French Creek), Northern Alberta Operations and the projects group in Southern Alberta. She also has a wide range of experience from various roles prior to joining EPCOR including time with the City of Regina, engineering consulting, SaskWater and technical sales.
Vicki has a long history of volunteering with industry organizations. She is past president for the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association and served on the Board of Directors for CWWA representing the Western Canada Water Organization for 6 years.
