Registration
Under the Engineering & Geoscience Professions Act and its By-Laws, the Association protects the right to practice and right to title for engineers and geoscientists in New Brunswick. Thus, all individuals practicing engineering or geoscience independently in New Brunswick or for application in New Brunswick or using the title Professional Engineer/P.Eng./Engineer or Professional Geoscientist/P.Geo./Geoscientist, must be registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB).
Non-licensed individuals must work under the supervision of a P.Eng./P.Geo. duly registered with the Association.
